Thank you for choosing G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair.

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, expectations, and guidelines that apply to all services provided by G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair. By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

By scheduling an appointment with G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and

acknowledges responsibility for reviewing all policies prior to service.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each customer. Due to the preparation, scheduling, and resources required to provide professional service, deposits and cancellation policies apply to all bookings.

All services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve and confirm the scheduled appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before completion of the service and prior to the final release of the completed work.

G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair Reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition, size, scope of work, or requirements of the service differ from the original information provided during booking.

Any additional services, upgrades, or requested work outside of the original scope may require additional approval and payment.

We understand that plans may change. To provide the highest level of service to all customers, cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within the 48-hour period may still be accepted; however, the deposit will not be refunded back to the original payment method.

Instead, the deposit amount may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment scheduled with G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair, subject to availability.

Failure to reschedule or book a future appointment within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit. However during an event of bad weather such as rain, snow, tornadoes, blizzard, rescheduling and cancellation will be fully refundable. 

Customers who fail to appear after 15 minutes of arriving at your locatio, provide access, or notify G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair of their inability to proceed with the scheduled appointment may forfeit their deposit.

Future appointments may require an increased deposit or full payment prior to scheduling.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the requested service, property conditions, vehicle conditions, access requirements, and any concerns that may affect service completion.

Customers must ensure reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to provide access or necessary information may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair is committed to delivering professional, high-quality service; however, results may vary depending on existing conditions, age, wear, previous damage, material condition, environmental exposure, and other factors outside of our control.

Certain imperfections, stains, damage, scratches, defects, or conditions may not be fully removable or repairable.

Customers acknowledge that services are performed based on the condition presented at the time of service.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues, damage, defects, previous repairs, sensitive materials, or conditions that may impact the service.

G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair  is not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages unrelated to the performance of the service.

Certain services may be affected by weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair.

In these situations, G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair reserves the right to reschedule services to ensure quality results and customer safety.

Customer satisfaction is a priority. Any concerns regarding completed services should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after completion so that G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair may review and address the concern appropriately.

Concerns must be related to the quality of service performed and not conditions that existed prior to service or normal limitations of the requested service.

Customers authorize G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair, to photograph completed work for documentation, quality assurance, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to service.

G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism.

However, G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, manufacturer defects, 

normal wear, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair reserves the right to update or modity these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future bookings and services. 

By booking with G’s Detailing and Windshield Repair, the customer confirms that they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
